How to install transparent PC endurance boards?

The screw installation method for transparent PC endurance plates. When installing transparent PC endurance plates with screws or rivets perforated, the hole diameter of the plate must be 50% larger than the diameter of the bolt or rivet, in order to prevent displacement of the plate during thermal expansion and contraction. The Pc endurance board prohibits any method of directly opening holes while fixing screws or rivets, and cannot reserve space for thermal expansion and contraction. For holes drilled on Pc endurance boards, the spacing between holes should not be too large or too small. The larger the spacing between transparent PC endurance boards, the longer the accumulated thermal expansion length, and the insufficient reserved space; A small spacing will inevitably severely limit the movement of the board, causing too much stress concentration. If the transparent PC endurance board is allowed to bend outward during thermal expansion, it can offset some of the stress.
