Lapping of PC board:
1. Side lap ordinary color plate
It is recommended to place the PC/frp wave board on top of the colored steel tile and add pressure strips on the PC/frp wave board. The pressure strips can be made of stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or colored steel plates. The width of the pressure strip is about 30mm, and it is better to have longitudinal ribs, with a thickness of ≥ 0.5mm. It is better to add support brackets at the overlap.
2. Sandwich composite wave board
If it is overlapped with the sandwich composite wave board, a supporting wave holder should be added at the screw fixing point to better fix the PC/FRP daylighting board.
3. Sandwich plate
If the PC/frp wave plate is lapped with the sandwich plate, the foam at the lap joint of the sandwich plate shall be removed, and the reverse side of the PC/frp trapezoidal wave shall be lapped with the front side.
4. Longitudinal overlap
